Now this is a bit of a surprise.
It is a model of a character from Len'en Project, a game series heavily inspired by Touhou.

Creation of this model is due to boofday gift of a friend, who have introduced me to this character and let me become intrigued by their design.
(I actually don't know much about the series outside of this character... though if I have time, I'll try to look into it)
